After the birth of my third child, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid doesn't produce enough thyroid hormone. This led to lethargy and serious weight gain. I became very determined to lose that weight and made new life changes. I have always been lean so one imagine how you'd feel after gaining baby weight and keeping it on. I followed a very strict diet along with strength training and won the battle. I entered a competition with Shape Magazine, Singapore and won. This lead to two features. This further engrained my desire to become a Personal Trainer and help people feel the success I have. Everyone of us has a different journey, what is your?
